From Transition Handbook to Transition Companion. Resilience in the peak oil literature

Resilience is a concept that has become a cornerstone of the peak oil discourse. It seems to complement, and might even replace the sustainability concept in the longer run. This of course remains to be seen. A key resource on resilience in the peak oil activist literature was “The Transition Handbook” (Rob Hopkins, 2008), which is out of print now, but available online. A newer publication of the same author is “The Transition Companion” (2011).
